• Iron, steam, or dry on low heat.

Yes, we offer flat-rate shipping to over 200 countries. However, certain locations are excluded. If you reside in an unsupported country, we will notify you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred after shipping. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Here are our estimates:

• USA (Mainland): 4-7 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for delivery.
• USA (HI, AK, PR, Guam): 4-7 business days for processing and 5-10 business days for delivery.
• Canada: 4-7 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for delivery.
• International: 4-7 business days for processing and 7-28 business days for delivery.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

For some carriers, tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update.
